Specialty applicationsTubing bundlesHeated tubing bundles are the most economi-cal solution for tracing small-diameter tubes(e.g. instrument lines). They are made to orderin a variety of configurations.

Flexible heated hosesFlexible heated hoses are tailored to suit a widerange of industrial applications, such as tankerfilling lines and the supply of fluid or viscousproducts to on-line workstations and roboticprocess devices. Constructed to resist hightemperatures, pressures and aggressive chemi-cals, our hoses enable material to be conveyedaround a plant in circumstances where placinga fixed pipe may be impractical.

Control and monitoringFrom ambient sensing to multi-circuitcontrol and monitoringFor the control of single-lines, we offer a widerange of local thermostats for frost protection(ambient sensing) and temperature mainte-nance up to 500°C (line sensing) in both haz-ardous and non-hazardous areas. Single-pointtemperature controllers are also available.

More complex piping installations with multi-ple temperature sensing points are monitoredby an integrated system that includes controlunits, remote modules for temperature dataacquisition, and contactor relay outputs. Eachcontrol unit is capable of controlling up to 130circuits and can be linked with several othercontrol units with one interface to a DCS (DataCollection System).
