done for past few years)

• New issues in coming campaigns • New real-time data acquisition and massive storage, dynamic

data analysis(black-box-type)• Real-time feed back control of plasma-wall interaction:LH

power, visible&IR cameras, position feedback manually and automatically(video signal reconstruction for hot spot protection)

SSO High Priority Research Areas: recommendations for 2004/2005

• Investigate hybrid scenarios and full current drive plasmas with significant bootstrap current: assess beta limits.

• Use Heating &CD actuators for real time current profile control: assess predictability, in particular for off-axis CD.

• Compare profile control techniques for SSO• Studies of fast particles collective modes in low and

reversed magnetic shear configurations.

Retention and erosion for SSO

• The distribution of H retention, different wall temperature, especially after wall saturation

• Comparison between the modeling and the experimental data for the erosion of C and W

• Erosion of Ferritic steel and CLAN for the the possibility as PFM,as first mirror for example, and comparison with W.

如何实现这些目标• 精心组织:三个物理组(考虑与 ITPA, 上轮分组及运行组密切关联,每个组有几个小组,博士生必须参加,鼓励硕士生参加)、实验计划的精心安排(如 JET 、 JT-60 、 DIII-D 等)

• 不断学习和讨论,创造一个不断提高的学术环境 :按物理目标、实验计划分组,每周讨论、资料消化、学术报告、完善实验方案。

• 组织 (助手制 )落实、内容落实(讲课、介绍学习心德、资料共享、实验计划讨论),为 EAST未来作准备。
