Fly Ash Service: The CF8M Castings contain a specific ferrite content for high temperature service.

They are proven in the field up to 1700 Deg F.

Pulp & PaperPulp & Paper

Green Liquor, White Liquor, Chlorine: The heavy duty body and body bolting eliminate any

negative effects of piping stress. The competition uses two identical body halves with a stem ball.

This requires two seals, a thin C-Shaped body gasket, and a bonnet gasket. The Jarecki Valve only

requires one complete flexitallic body gasket, reducing the chance of body leakage. A two piece

ball and stem is used to minimize stem packing leakage.

Emulsions, Acids, Caustics: The HSV Series is available in a number of exotic alloys for a variety

of different applications.

Oversized bolting is used to provide strength to the two-piece

body design. Metal to metal contact between the tailpieces and

the body, along with a tailpiece locator eliminate piping stresses

on the body gasket which lead to leakage.

Live loaded packing system keeps compression on stem packing during temperature and pressure cycles

G Seal G Seal -- Graphite Sealed SeatGraphite Sealed Seat

A series of Graphite seal rings behind the metal seat,

coupled with a Graphite outer diameter seat seal,

prevent media from building up behind the seat. The

rings also allow for expansion of the internal valve

components in high temperature applications.

Temperature Range: 200 to 1200 deg F

Application: Steam, Abrasion, High Temperatures,

Fine Solids

Shut-Off: Class V

O Seal O Seal -- Graphite Sealed SeatGraphite Sealed Seat

A double seal design providing both spring loading

and excellent sealing capabilities. There is no area

for media to build up behind the seat, which prevents

the valve from locking up.

Temperature Range: -150 to 650 deg F

Application: Steam, Abrasion, Low Pressure

Differentials, Fine Solids, Emulsions

Shut-Off: Class V, Class VI, Bubble Tight

P Seat P Seat -- Spring LoadedSpring Loaded

For unidirectional applications. The sealing seat is

available as a separate seat ring for reparability, or

integral with the tailpiece for high temperature

applications. The spring seat OD seal prevents

media from building up between the spring and the

back of the seat.

Temperature Range: 400 to 1650 deg F

Application: Steam, Low Pressure Differentials,

High Temperatures

Shut-Off: Class V, Class VI, Bubble Tight

T Seat T Seat -- Reinforced TFE SeatReinforced TFE Seat

A glass filled TFE is used typically used for most

applications. A metal filled TFE Seat is available for

increased abrasion resistance and reduction to cold

flow. The metal filled seat is excellent for tight sealing

in higher pressure classes without the need of a

trunnion mounted valve.

Temperature Range: -250 to 450 deg F

Application: Steam, Low Pressure Differentials,

Emulsions, Nonabrasive Media
