Step 3: Pick the items you wish to redeem and take note of the following details;a. Item nameb. Item/Product code

Should you wish to redeem using Pure Points, use the item code for Pure Points indicated inthe catalogue.Should you wish to redeem under the Fast Track* option, use the Fast Track code indicatedinside the gray boxes in the catalogue.

c. Bonus PointsShould you wish to redeem using Pure Points, use the Bonus Points indicated in the catalogue.Should you wish to redeem under the Fast Track* option, use the Bonus Pointsrequired inside the gray boxes in the catalogue.

d. Redemption Center Code** of items which are for pick-up. The list of Redemption CenterCodes can be found at the back of the catalogue.

e. Cash AmountShould you wish to redeem via the Fast Track option, indicate the amount of cash outrequired inside the gray boxes.

* Under the Fast Track redemption, Cardholders will be eligible to claim the Rewards at lower Bonus Pointsand charge the cash portion to his/her HSBC Credit Card through straight payment. The use of the HSBC Credit Card to pay the cash portion under Fast Track redemption will generate additional Bonus Points for the Cardholder.

** The Redemption Center Code is a code assigned to each redemption branch where the Cardholders can pick-up their items from.
