c o m p l i a n c e t i p o f t h e m o n t h summer has arrived and with it warm temperatures are

causing stress on landscaping As a reminder to all regular

mowing trimming watering and weed control are a part

of landscape maintenance that not only keeps your lawn

healthy but also keeps the neighborhoods looking good

You should be able to achieve acceptable results and stay

As we are all aware some Colorado storms can cause damage to just about

everything in their path Remember if one of these storms hits your neighborhood

prior to starting work to replace damaged roofing paint siding etc approval is

Trashrecycling news When the HRCA began the preferred-provider opt-in trash program

the goal was to provide valuable service at a lower cost while fulfilling

one of the boardrsquos strategic objectives Championing environmental

stewardship and sustainability

Five years later the community continues to benefit from the program with our

preferred-provider Pro Disposal By opting in Highlands Ranch home owners receive

significant savings and for no additional fee Pro Disposal provides recycling pickup

Currently Highlands Ranch customers recycle 81 of their trash Another

environmental benefit is the decrease in truck traffic which reduces emissions and

wear and tear on our streets

This opt-in program includes bi-weekly single-stream recycling (all recyclables for

collection are mixed but kept separate from other waste) Jump on board with

Pro Disposal and be a part of our recycling efforts Call to join 303-791-3827 or visit
