"Vaishno Hotl ine" offers a versati le range of FUSE HOLDERS consist ing of Fuse carriers & Fuse bases moulded out ofh igh grade f lame retardant , non-hygroscopic phenol ic mould ing powder conforming to lS : 1300 / BS .771 wi th ahigh gloss black f inish. All the current carrying non-ferrous parts are t in / si lver plated to ensure better conductivity &to prevent oxidation while al l ferrous parts are zinc plated to avoid rusting.

They are s imple in construct ion wi th min imum number of components. Carr ier contacts and Base contacts aremounted us ing locat ion r idges formed on the mould ings, assur ing per fect a l ignment . 20A. Fuse carr iers have a s ing lepiece Phosphor bronze c l ip , whi le a l lo ther type Fuse carr iers have a s ing le p iece press brass sp in r iveted contact . Thebase is a lso made up of a s ing le p iece ext ruded brass t inned contact hav ing adequate s ize of cable hole toaccommodate a luminum cable.

"Vaishno Hotl ine" offers a wide range of FUSE BASES to take high breaking capacity fuse l inks. These bases have aspecialtype of si lver plated contacts made out of electrolyt ic copper for low watt loss. The base is moulded out of highgrade f lame retardant, non-hygroscopic phenolic moulding powder conforming to lS: 1 300 /85771 with a high glossfinish. These Bases can also be supplied with glass reinforced polyester (DMC) moulding for better mechanical &electr ical propert ies. A spring steel r ings maintain their intr insic elasticity even at elevated temperatures.
