Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC) Process
HR-Verify offers 3 different process flows for E-Verify Photo and TNC completion:
Scenario 1: Form I-9 Company Representatives are authorized and
trained for E-Verify completion.
E-Verify is completed by the Company Representative as part of Form
I-9 Section 2 verification process.
Scenario 2: Automated E-Verify case initiation with workflow to
authorized and trained E-Verify personnel for E-Verify TNC/Photo
Match.
e E-Verify case is automatically initiated by a background
submission after the completion of the Form I-9 Section 2. Notifications
are send to the Company Representative/HR Business Partner/Shared
Services/Centralized Employee Verification team for:
a) Employee Authorized notification in 98+% of cases
b) Photo/TNC in <2% of cases. TNC/Photo processes are initiated
from a URL in the TNC/Photo notification email
Scenario 3: E-Verify case processing by authorized and trained E-Verify Power User.
Cases are routed to a named E-Verify Power User for submission and TNC/Photo Match processing

Functional overview:
Integrates SAP HR and E-Verify, eliminating the need to
