SERVICE CHECKLIST Service checklist for preventive maintenance according to service plan. Additional repairs might be required due to damaged product or worn out parts. We only use original spare parts and accessories approved by Husqvarna. We don't compromise regarding product safety. This is a generic service checklist covering multiple models, some features and service check points are not applicable for all models. PETROL HANDHELD Art. 114 25 62-26 2. ENGINE 4. CUTTING EQUIPMENT & SAFETY 5. FINAL INSPECTION 3. TRANSMISSION, CONTROLS, HANDLE & LUBRICATION 1.1 VISUAL INSPECTION (BEFORE CLEANING) 1.3 VISUAL INSPECTION (AFTER CLEANING) Try to pull the starter to determinate the engine condition. Empty the oil tank and clean. Chain brake (chain saw). Engine sealing test. Inspect, sharpen and maintain the cutting equipment. Start the machine up with the cutting equipment and warm up engine up to 5 min. Chain catcher. Inspect decompression valve. Carburettor pressure test and check components. Clean and inspect cylinder cooling fins and surrounding areas. Visual check on exhaust port and piston. Inspect cutting covers and guards. Adjust the carburettor if needed and make sure to check the RPM. Chain brake system. Throttle lock. General inspection of the electrical and ignition system. Inspect fuel system and components (hose, leaking, connections). Other cooling system components (cylinder cover, heat isolation). Update software on the Auto tune carburettor and perform diagnostic test (When applicable). Starter assembly and starter pawl (spring, rope, handle, pulley). Spark plug, replace if required Oil pump drive wheel and plate. Apply grease to pump gears (Chain saw) Acceleration. Empty and clean fuel tank. Keep fuel for evidence if looks not fresh/correct. Oil system components (oil filter, hoses, leaking, connections, functions). Lubrication of the chain (don´t forget to adjust the flow) (chain saw). Fuel filter, replace if required Inspect and lubricate drive shaft & bevel gear (Bruschcutter). Stop switch. Refill the machine with the correct & fresh fuel mix and check the primer. Clutch, clutch drum & rim/spur, bearing. Heating system (when applicable). Air filter, replace if required Anti vibration elements. Idle. Check safety features and try to start the product. Chain tensioner components and spike. Prepare the product for delivery to customer. Inspect tube connections and air impeller (Blower). Verify vibrations levels (not overexposed). Cleaning. Inspect and grease transmission (Hedge trimmer) Harness (If equipped) Controls (handle) functions, connections and adjustment. Angle adjustment lock (angled trimmer only). 5.1 FASTENERS Make sure all fasteners are properly torqued (screws, nuts etc). 5.3 FINAL INSPECTION (DURING TEST RUN) Inspect and test following functions: 2.3 AIR INTAKE SYSTEM Inspect and clean air intake system components at starter and carb base. 2.6 EXHAUST SYSTEM Visual inspection on muffler, retaining screws and gaskets. 1.2 CHECK PRODUCT STARTABILITY/FUNCTIONALITY/FAULT DETECTION 2.1 DIAGNOSTIC TEST (ONLY APPLICABLE IF NEEDED) 4.1 CUTTING EQUIPMENT 5.2 START UP AND ADJUSTMENTS 4.2 SAFETY COMPONENTS 2.5 ELECTRICAL AND IGNITION SYSTEM 2.2 FUEL SYSTEM 2.4 COOLING SYSTEM AND STARTER SYSTEM 1. 3. TRANSMISSION, CONTROLS, HANDLE & LUBRICATION

1.1 VISUAL INSPECTION (BEFORE CLEANING)

1.3 VISUAL INSPECTION (AFTER CLEANING)

Try to pull the starter to determinate the engine condition.

Empty the oil tank and clean.

Chain brake (chain saw).

Engine sealing test.

Inspect, sharpen and maintain the cutting equipment.

Start the machine up with the cutting equipment and warm up engine up to 5 min.

Chain catcher.

Prepare the product for delivery to customer.
