We enjoy keeping things simple.

It means that the recruitment process is faster and more effective.

1. Every new project starts with a kickoff call (a meeting or a skype call) in which we learn more about

your needs, culture, internal recruitment process and all the crucial details about the company.

Thanks to the information we gather, we can advertise your company better in social media and answer

most of the candidates’ questions during the pre-interview.

2. Every project is lead by a Technical Recruiter who becomes a project owner and your dedicated

contact person.

Reducing the number of contacts and decision persons on both sides means better communication and faster

decisions.

3. The next step is candidates’ sourcing, with number of activities on our side, including:

● verifying job ads

● creating promotional graphics

● publishing job ads on relevant Facebook groups and other social media platforms

● contacting candidates directly (via email, LinkedIn and other)

4. Now, we perform pre-interviews with candidates - a 30-minutes conversation,

during which we do a background check, meaning we:

● assess candidate’s soft skills

● ask about projects they’ve participated in

● ask about their motivation and knowledge of your company

● advertise your company and answer any questions they might have

● check their English skills if necessary

● provide you with their notice period and salary expectations

● provide you with our personal opinion about a candidate

5. After interviews, we send you candidates’ profiles by email and you decide with whom you want to

meet.

6. Our job here is done, but we still assist you and the candidates in setting up meetings until the

offer has been made.

7. We have a warranty - if the candidate doesn’t go through the trial period, we guarantee that we

will present you three candidates based on the job description provided.

This price is variable on the number and seniority of roles and the amount of

work (paid by hour).

Our service includes:

● sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Professional Agency, Github, social

recruiting and our database

● presenting ("selling") your company to candidates

● accompanying candidates during the recruitment process which results in

better candidate's conversion

● providing a regular feedback both to you and candidates

● advising you on the best practices of the hiring process

● taking care of your employer branding by providing the best practices
