Questions

Scenario based questions: Problem solving and ability to extrapolate risks and consequences of a solution: Talk about a commonplace scenario, like too much traffic, and ways to solve it. Most importantly what are the things that can go wrong with each solution.

Scenario based questions: Role specific. Eg. for client facing staff, what would you do if a client said the developers we had provided to them were not doing a good job.

Pair programming interview: Step someone through an existing codeset. Ask them to implement a new feature in the code. Then ask them why they chose that method, and what if they tried a different method.
