HOW TO USE PowerFlex Charging Stations

Download and install the PowerFlex app on your smartphone.

Launch the app and register an account using your company email address.

A 6-digit code will be sent to your email. Use that code to confirm your email address in the app. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Log in to the PowerFlex app on your smartphone.

Tap on the gear icon at the top right of the screen. (See figure 1.)

Under “Advanced Settings,” enter the maximum electric range, battery capacity, and energy consumption of your vehicle. This helps us create predictive charging profiles for your vehicle to ensure you get the range requested. (See figure 2.)

ADDING FUNDSPowerFlex Charging Stations

Log in to the PowerFlex app on your smartphone.

Tap on the gear icon at the top right of the screen. (See figure 3.)

Tap on Add Funds. (See figure 4.)

Enter the amount you would like to add to your mobile wallet and enter your credit card or use PayPal or ApplePay options. Click the Submit button, wait for it to complete (“Sweet Success!”). Then click “Done” to return to the Settings page. (See figure 5.)

Connect your car to the charging station.

Launch the PowerFlex app and scan the QR code on the station. Upon a successful scan, the space number should appear under the camera view.

Enter your must-have miles, your departure time, and then click “Submit.” (See figure 6.)
