. SIM card InstallationOpen packing case, check if terminal is OKand the accessories are intact, or pleasecontact your dealer;You need a suitable SIM card for using theterminal, contact your dealer if any question;

Note:The SIM card should support GPRS and GPRSshould be opening.Inquiry by call needs the SIM card supporting thecalling line identification presentation.If you enable the PIN code of the SIM card,please use your mobile phone to disable the PINcode.Please make sure that the SIM card has sufficientbalance.

. Test & Installation4.1 Power On

Turn on the power. Move the device to outdoorsmake sure GPS signal is good.

4.2 LED IndicatorsRed LED flickers fast when device is searching forGSM network, it flickers slowly when device hasregistered the GSM network successfully.Blue LED flickers fast when device is searching forthe GPS satellite signal, it flickers slowly whendevice has searched the satellites and beenpositioned.

. Trouble shooting6.1 Platform Cannot connect1Is the SIM card installed correctly? Please referto the installation instructions.2Check the status of the LED indicators. If theterminal is OK, the red LED and the blue LED willintermittently and slowly flash.3Inquiry the parameters of device via commandsand check the accuracy of the parameters.6.2 No positioningIf the GPS is active, but the terminal cannot bepositioned for long time, please check the terminal:1If the vehicle is in the place where there is noGPS signal.2The GSM and GPS signal may be weakened if

the device is installed in the place around metal.6.3 Position driftPosition drift will be occur in places where GPSsignal is poor. Please move to the open places.
