How to redeem your certi�cate for FREE GAS, GROCERIES, UTILITIES OR WALMART . . .

Gas and grocery certificates are valid throughout a period of twenty-seven (27) consecutive weeks from enrollment date. A total of ten (10) rebate certificates are allowed per registration. Each certificate has a precise value of $10.00, and only one (1) certificate may be redeemed per week. Utility rebates are valid throuhout a period of fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks from enrollment date. For utilities, a total of four (4) rebate certificates are allowed per registration, and may be redeemed once per quarter. Utility certificates have a maximum value of $100, divided into four (4) separate rebates, as follows: $10, $20, $30 and $40. Certificates may be redeemed by active members only, under the Terms and Conditions appearing on this page. This offer has a total maximum possible value of $100.00.

Rebate certificates submitted without a valid receipt will not be returned, and the request for redemption will not be fulfilled or acknowledged. Valid receipts will not be returned unless requested at time of mailing. Rebate certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.Only the original Rebate Certificates are valid; no copies, duplicates, or other certificates will be accepted.
