How to Publish the Custom FormFactory Links

To the Opportunity Object

In order to successfully launch a Form in FormFactory, you must first publish the custom links on to the

page layout of the entity you want to launch the form from. This document provides step by step

instructions how to publish the custom links for the Quote, Invoice and Shipping Form.

1. Click on the Setup button on the top of the Salesforce page

2. Next, on the left hand navigation panel, click on Customize located under App Setup

3. Next select the entity that you want to launch the form from. For this example, the

Opportunities object will be used.

4. Next, click on the Buttons and Links link under Opportunities to view/edit the custom links

5. The next step would be to publish these custom links by adding them to the Entity Page Layout.

To do this click on the Edit button next to the appropriate Page Layout

6. Once on the Page Layout, click on the Custom Links option on the top and then drag the custom

link down to the custom link section in the Entity Detail. Then click save.

7. Once you have published the custom links, simply go to the entity and launch the form by

clicking on the link. The screen shot below displays the custom link tied to the Opportunities

Entity.
