Add file to cart

After you sign in to your Gelato Globe account, “Upload a file” or choose the design you would like to order in “Your Files”.

You may “Add to cart”. Select the quantity you want and proceed to “Order now”.

If you would like to change format, paper type and weight, click on the “edit icon”.

Edit order

Go to “Change Format” to select a new format for your design. Note that the system will automatically recommend a format under “suggested”. Always click on “View full screen” to check details such as bleed.

You are able to select quantity; choose to print one sided (only on the front side) or two sided(front and back); and select paper type. Click on the “i” icon to see descriptions of the different paper options offered.

Choose country of delivery and click on “Save” to change the settings of the file in the cart or “Save to Your Files” to create a new file with the selected settings in your library.

Choose a delivery address

“Add a shipping address” to where your order will be delivered. All added addresses are saved in your company’s account.

The next time you need to send print files to the same location, simply select the saved address.

Send payment request

If you are not an administrator or if you do not have permission to “Confirm and Pay”, your order must be approved by a colleague with payment credentials.

Review and send order to payment

When reviewing your order, you will have an overview of the items in your cart. You are able to easily change quantity or add designs to the cart. Click on the “edit icon” to make changes in the selected files.

Review shipping address, shipping method and the details of the person responsible to approve payment. You may also send a message to this colleague.

Order placed

You have successfully placed the order. The colleague responsible to approve the payment will receive an email and a SMS with a link to review and confirm the order.

You may enter your telephone number to track the order on your mobile once it is approved.

Click on “View order details” to modify or cancel your order.

View order details

Here you can see your order ID, date of purchase and expected delivery date. You may also “Oder more” units for each design or “Cancel order”.

Once your colleague approves the payment, the status will be updated.

This information will be stored in your order history, which you can find by clicking on “Your orders” under “Your account”.

Approve payment requests

If you are an administrator or have permission level to confirm payments, you will be notified via SMS and email of the requests that have been assigned to you.

Choose payment method

You can pay print orders with credit card or with PayPal. We also offer payment with invoice. Contact us and we will activate the invoice option in your account.

If this is the first time you are using the credit card in the system, add the card information. Your credit card details will be securely stored for the next time your confirm order payments.

If you have a PayPal account, Gelato Globe will redirect you to the PayPal system, where you will complete the payment process.

Review and pay order

Here you are able to review the order that your colleague requested approval for. As an administrator or approver, you are able to make changes, such as quantity, shipping method and billing address. You may also select in which currency you would like to pay. Click on “Place order now” to confirm payment.

For example, if you sit in the company’s headquarters in London, and are processing an order from your Oslo branch, you will have material printed and delivered in Norway, but will pay in pounds and get the bill in England.

Bulk orders

Gelato Globe allows to replicate orders to multiple addresses in one country. Click on “Create distribution list” and then select the set of designs you want to be printed.

In the example above, I’ve selected the company’s Christmas card, the envelope that goes with it and a flyer for a new product campaign to be distributed in the branches of the company in England. This means I will send the same set of 3 designs to multiple locations in the country.

Shipping addresses

The system will provide you with the delivery destinations already saved under “Your addresses”. Tick the boxes from the addresses where you would like your bulk order delivered.

Please note that you need to create a distribution list for each country where you wish the files to be printed and distributed.

Choose quantity

Select quantity for each design and each delivery address.

You may delete an address by clicking on the “trash can icon” or “add more addresses”.

You can also add formats by clicking on the “Plus icon” or erase them via the “trash can icon” next to each design.

Review & place order

Review your order. If you would like to make adjustments, click on “Change your order”. Select the currency of payment and the billing address.

Please contact us to activate invoice for bulk orders. After clicking on “Place order now”, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
