After setting up a new employee Add them to existing payroll Run the Payroll Submit FPS file Pay your employees 12. No longer required to submit a P35 to HMRC Deadline for filing final Payment submission of 13/14 tax year is 5th April 2014. Built interface with HMRC Formally recognised by HMRC as being fully RTI compliant All payroll information is captured in the App and is submitted directly 14. Fines and Penalties No fines for 12/13 (Pilot Scheme) and 13/14 tax year (First year) Plan was to introduce fine for 14/15 tax year HMRC are delaying introduction of penalties for late submission until October 2014 From April 2014 - in-year interest on any in-year payments not made by the due date 15.
