P209 FRONTIA made in 2013

In 2002, I created one work named P209 BUL PUP and a trial work was made

 just before for the actuation test.

In 2013, I tried to redesign this old-time and no-named tiral work and made this

article. The new work was named "P209 FRONTIA".

Wooden square timber, 10 x 10 mm

Plywood, thickness 9 ~ 10 mm

Wooden or Plastic plate, thickness 1.5 ~ 2 mm (for Releasing-plates)

Your choice of Wooden board, thickness 5 ~ 7 mm (for Grips, Fore-grip-

panels)

Wooden round stick, diameter 2 ~ 3 mm

Wood screw x 4

1. Glue the Top-piece and the Bottom-rack to the Releasing-plate (L).

2. Glue the Releasing-plate (R) to 1.

3. Cut out the shape of the "Releaser" with a scroll saw like a image.

4. Glue the Grip-base to the Barrel.

5. Glue the Grip (L) to the Barrel.

Glue the Grip-end and the Grip-bridge to the Grip (L).

6. Glue the Inner-piece (a) and (b) to the Fore-grip (L).

Insert the Trigger-spring-pin (a) to the hole of Inner-piece (a).

7. Slip the "Releaser" on the Barrel.

 And screw the "Fore-grip" to the Barrel.

8. Insert the Trigger-spring-pin (b) to the hole of the Trigger.

Put the Trigger on the work.

9. The clearance (a) is needed 2.5 mm. And the clearance (b) is needed 9.5 ~

10 mm.

If (b) is shorter, you need to trim the rear end of the Trigger.

10. Hang rubber band(s) between the Trigger-spring-pins.

11. Glue the Grip (R) and screw the Fore-grip (R) to the work.

2. Load a rubber band from the Holding-slit to the Muzzle-groove.

(You must start the loading from the end of slits.)

3. Load 6 rubber bands in total.

4. Each pulling the Trigger, the "Releaser" is slided backward and one rubber 

band will be released from the Holding-slit.
