9. Boil 3 gallons of extract, water, and specialty grains 10. Steep specialty grains like you're making tea 11. All Grain Step 1 (cracking grain)

  • Measure specific gravity using a hygrometer or refractometer

  • Let it sit for a couple weeks in a constant temperature
  • Temperature varies depending on target beer style
