Cut off the very bottom of your bottle, then cut the rest of the bottle into a spiral leaving the shoulder and neck of the bottle intact. 4. Slide the neck of the bottle over a shepherd’s hook, tree branch, or stick and watch it bounce and dance in the wind! Hint: For an even bigger effect, hang multiple bottles together.
