How to Make a Grey Goose Pear and Berry Frappe Video How to Make a Grey Goose Pear and Berry Frappe Description How to make a Grey Goose Pear and Berry Frappe using Grey Goose LaPoire flavored vodka, blackberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Transcript Hi! I'm Steve Calabro here to make a unique, fantastically flavored drink called the Pear and Berry Frappe. We're going to start with our mixing cup completely empty, you're going to add 3 fresh blackberries on top of that we're going to put about tablespoon of simple syrup. Simple syrup is easy it's just equal part sugar and water. Muddler, I'm not going to smash this, we're just going to soften up the blackberries and mix those with the sugar syrup and make sure they all mix really, really well. On top of this we're going to put some ice. Now we're going to squeeze in some fresh lemon juice about 2 wedges is okay. Over this we're going to put one part blackberry brandy, put that right of the lemons and we're going to grab some of the lemon flavor on the way down. On top of this we're going to put Grey Goose La Poire Pear Flavored Vodka. And I want to talk about this for minute because just like all the other Grey Goose Flavored Vodkas this is made from 100% natural ingredients. Prior to distillation they take entire Anjou pears from France crashed them and then macerated. At the end of that they blend them with Grey Goose Original Vodka. The result is that absolutely beautifully flavored pear vodka. We're going to put in 2 parts of the pear vodka, close this up, give it a really good shake you want to mix all these flavors. Pour that into your chilled Martini glass, absolutely beautiful, beautiful drink. You garnish this with a big beautiful blackberry. I love serving this at home, that's a Grey Goose Pear and Berry Frappe.
