What you need• PCO notification (usually emails)• Prolog Manager (or iBuild depending on what the project

uses)• Binder, stiker, printer

PCO stands for : Potent ia l Change Order

Step 1• Receive notification

• Contractor will send a notice• Contractor turn in change proposal (including scope, price)• Approve/Reject decision

Page 4: How to log PCOs

Step 2• Log in Prolog Manager

• The system will automatically create a new PCO• You can also click on the telescope to see all historical PCOs

Page 5: How to log PCOs

• General Information tab• Fill in the circled information:

• Description, starting with “[{company} {change request name} {number}] RFI # Location scope, per {reason}.

• Example: [SJA CPE 65A] RFI 530 Bldg 5400 Demo, Infill and Patch Roofing of Existing Roof Penetrations, per Arch. Direction

• Status: “Open”• Category• Reason• Change request number

• Detailed Information tab• Click on “Add Row” and fill the circled information

• Description: Same with the description on top, just copy-paste• Proposed Amt (Bdgt): fill in the amount proposed in the PCO request

Step 3• Make folders

Step 4• Archive

• According to the achieving convention• For example, Project 105 uses the order of CPE numbers
