Poured ConcretePoured concrete from section near door to driveway & then
began positioning flagsone
start to lay stoneMortaring flagstones onto concrete using Custom Building
Products Medium Bed Mortar. Tapering down as we go along.
continue to lay stonesWorking from the wall out and down to the driveway.
finishing flagstoneAll flagstone is now mortared to the concrete bed.
sealed flagstoneA critical step! Make sure to seal the flagstone with a quality
sealer. This will protect the flagstone from the grout that is next.
flagstone groutedWe used Natural Grey Saltillo Tile Grout which allows for larger
grout joints.
finished projectWe resealed the entire surface, flagstone and grout.
