How to Keep Your OpenStack Cloud Current• Availability – the ability for a system to provide a prearranged level of operational

performance during a contractual measurement period

• Reliability – the ability for a system to perform and maintain its functions in routine circumstances, as well as hostile or unexpected circumstances

• Scalability – the ability for a system to handle a growing amount of work in a capable manner or its ability to be enlarged to accommodate that growth

• Maintainability –  is the ease with which a system can be maintained

• Supportability – the ability for a system to help identify exceptions or faults, debug or isolate faults to root cause analysis, and provide a solution to restore service
