Whether you’re creating your own list or downloading a list from your agency management system, it’s important to start with properly formatted data before you upload it into the platform. Before you begin In Excel, format the data with a column for email and a column for contact name (or two columns,s for first name and last name). Then save the Excel document as a .CSV file. No other file format will be accepted. Import lists Create a new list. Once you’ve selected your eCard, video eCard or campaign and completed the customization, you will be asked to choose your recipients. If you are sending to multiple contacts, you can easily create a custom list for your mailing. Select “Add a New Contact List” and then select your list type. Import lists (cont.)

Add a contact list. Follow these three simple steps.

1. Name your list (example: Auto Monoline List)

2. Upload the .CSV document you created.

3. Click continue.

If you don’t have a .CSV document you can also type or copy/paste your data into the open field, following the formatting examples on the page.

Help the system recognize your list. Once you’ve uploaded your list, confirm the formatting to ensure that the system reads and displays the data as intended.

Click Continue to save your list and schedule your eCard, video or campaign deployment.

For future email marketing, you can view, update or delete contact lists by clicking the Manage My Profile tab in the navigation.
