How to fix it! Here is a list of how to fix a light if problems occur

1. Does the light light up? If no continue2. Is the light properly connected up to the main voltage supply? If not

connect it properly try to see if it lights up, if I still doesn't alight continue

3. Has the dimmer tripped? If yes turn it on and repeat process, if not continue

4. If no visual exterior fault is found un-connect it from mains supply and open up the light

Check the following: Has bulb blown? Are connections lose? If any of the following are shown replace or reconnect and repeat

from step 1.

5. If no visual faults are found use a screwdriver and open up the plug ensuring the entire time no electricity is going into the light

6. Ensure no wires are loose, if none are loose put together all taken apart equipment

If any change is made within the plug repeat from step 1.7. If fault is not found seek technical advice from the technician
