How to Find Your Wi-Fi Credentials On Your FiOS TV Menu

If you have FiOS TV and Internet service, here’s a quick and easy way to find your Wi-Fi network name and password.

Press the Menu button on your FiOS Remote to show the Interactive Media Guide (IMG).Step 2

Press the Up arrow until Customer Support is highlighted, then click the green OK button, or the Right arrow.Step 3

Highlight Top Support Tools, and press the Right arrow. Highlight My Wireless Network, and press OK. Step 4

Wait for the system to retrieve your information, and your Wi-Fi network name and password will appear.

Your network name is here, labeled ESSID.

And your password is here, labeled WPA2 Key or WEP Key.

Remember that FiOS Wi-Fi passwords are case-sensitive, and need to be entered exactly as they appear.

To protect TV access to your Wi-Fi credentials, you can set a Parental PIN in the area indicated below. Press the Right arrow and then press OK to get started.
