1. Use the Magic Wand to select areas of the picture. Hold down the CTRL key to select more than one area.

2. Select the Gradient tool, choose your two colors, and set the Opacity to a middle number to make it partially transparent

Select an area using the Magic Wand or

Lasso Tool.Choose a Filter for the

Experiment with the settings for the Filter.

like before you press OK.

like on different areas of the picture until you are happy with the picture. I used the same Filter on

several areas

manipulation. Make sure you save it as a JPEG
