Theapy Mechanism

It is reported that there could be effective for increasing connective tissue synthesis like collagen inducing effect.In this report, to compare the collagen inducing effect by operation, it compared density of the dermis through Masson-Trichrome dyeing.Firstly, it is compared about difference of dermis viscosity between several MTS with 0.25mm needles. It is informed that AMTS-H & MTS are all making increase of dermis viscosity (connective tissue viscosity) compared to control group, statistically.

It is reported that making tiny holes in the skin has the effect of increasing composing of connective tissues as the collagen induction effect. In the research, we compared the density of inner skin by Masson-Trichrome dyeing in order to compare the collagen induction effect from the procedure. First of all, by comparing the density of inner skin when using the appliance with microneedles of 0.25mm, we determined that the density of inner skin (density of connective tissue) had increased in a statistically significant manner within both AMTS-H testing group and MTS testing group, as compared with the control group.
