What are bad emotions?

Emotions are chemical reaction  in our  mammalian brain , developed in amygdala. We

have categorize them in good and bad according  the way they make us feel.

Bad emotions have a reason in evolution. They exist to warm us, to alert us and to protect us.

However, if we are having them for a long period of  time it is called mood and it reduces us toxicity

and behavioral change.

Emotion are affected from  the way we behave, how our body is standing, how we feel

at the moment, if we are hurt or hungry or tired

Those parametres creates what we call emotions.

How can we change the negative emotions?

Emotions are affected by behavior, feelings and psyspiology, but also those elements can affect emotions. For example, try to jump up and down and feel sad, try to stay in an embryo position and feel

excited. It's literaly impossible. We can change our emotions and we can transform them to  positive, with practice.

Being happy is actually a choice.

Five simple steps  to emotional change.

1. When you are dealing with a negative emotion, be aware of your physiology, how your body stands.2. Close your eyes and recall a moment that you were really happy, remember that emotion and how you felt.3. Transform your body  pose. Adopt a powerful position and stay there for at least 10'.4. Remeber that this is your life and you and ONLY you have the control of it.5. Remember not to take anything personally. Whatever others do to you, is their problem not yours.

Control and  Direct What you put your focus on , that you will get. Dealing with

negative emotions is a real challenge, however you can always have the control of your own life.  Writing down the

way you feel and reading it at loud, will make you realize that things are not so bad. Zoom out of the situation and see that like you are watching a movie.  Control your bad emotions by start doing something that makes you feel

really good, like working out,  take a walk into a park, have a cup of coffee with a friend you love, watch your favoriite

youtube video and so on. Life always has up and downs, it's the way you deal those

downs and lift yourself up.
