Go to start. Select Program. Select
Oracle-OraDb11g_home1 Select Configuration and
Migration Tool. Select Database
Configuration Assistant.
Create DatabaseCreate Database

Following window will open:
1. Click on Next.

Create DatabaseCreate Database
2. Tick on Create a Database
3. Click on next

5. Click on Next.
4. Select General purpose.

6. Enter Database name.
7. Click on Next.

8. Un check this option .

10. Enter password in each field (e.g. s). It is mandatory.
11. Click on Next.
