How to Create a Priority Shipping Label (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
If you are currently outside of Portland, you can arrange to have your documents mailed
to you by FedEx, UPS or DHL at your own expense through eShipGlobal.
Step 1: Wait until your document request has been approved and you receive an email from OISSS with instructions on how to create a mailing label. You will receive this link in an email
from [email protected].
Step 2: Click the link in the email from OISSS for “Document Shipping Request”.
You will not be able to access eShipGlobal’s PSU portal by going directly to eShipGlobal’s website. You can only access it by
completing a Document Shipping Request in WorldLink.
Step 3: Log in using your ODIN username and password.
Step 4: Arrive at this page
Step 5: Confirm you have read the e-form and click submit at the bottom of the “Document Shipping Request” e-form.
Step 6: After you submit the “Document Shipping” e-form, you will be immediately be directed to the eShipGlobal
website. If you have an account with eShipGlobal that is linked to your PSU email address, you will be prompted to log in.
If you do not have an eShipGlobal account, or you have an eShipGlobal account associated to your personal email address, then you must create a new account with your PSU email.
Step 7: Select “Receive documents from your University.”
Step 8: Enter your shipping address and contact information.
Step 9: Select the type of document you would like shipped to you.
Step 10: Select the type of express mail service you would like to use. Click “Continue.”
Step 11: Pay for shipping using a credit card or Paypal account.
Step 12: Once you complete your order with eShipGlobal, OISSS staff will download and print the label when your
documents are ready to be mailed.
Step 13: You will receive an email from eShipGlobal and OISSS with the tracking number once your documents have been mailed. You can track your package through eShipGlobal or
the Priority Mail carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
