How to contact the UALR LITC The UALR Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic is one of the Clinical Programs at the William H. Bowen School of Law, 1201 McMath Avenue, Room 105 Little Rock, Arkansas. For an appointment or for more information, please contact the Director of the LITC, Alicia D. Mitchell, (501) 324-9441. The clinic is funded through a matching grant provided by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) pursuant to the Internal Revenue Service Restructure and Reform Act of 1998. The funding by the IRS does not imply that the clinic has a preferential relationship with the IRS.
