How to change bootlogo dreambox 800 (solved)

after several days of research I have finally find how to make to change the image of boot of the dreambox 800 image nabilosat for me) The program TO USE FOR creating the images is called TMPGEnc 1.download TMPGEnc (google) 2.unzip 3.cancel the 1st window.... then configure TMPGEnc: (there are tutos on the Net for TMPGEnc if you want) video source: choose your image output file: choose a folder type of flow: elementary (video) then go to “parameters” “standard of flow: ” = video MPEG-1 “dimension” = 720 Pixel x576 (very important) “ratio of aspect: ” = 1:1 (VGA) “image gives rhythm: ” = 25 fps “mode of control of the flow: ” = constant binary debit (CBR) “flow: ” = 12000 “search for movement: ” = standard Once checked, click OK return to the 1st window and launch “encoder” and your image is created * If the image is in flash, the /boot repertory is assembled in reading only, to be able to replace the bootlogo.mvi, it is simply necessary by telnet to mount the repertory in read/write: telnet copy/paste the Code: mount - O rw, remount /boot validate then with DCC go to usr/boot there are 4 files which interress us bootlogo.mvi (it is the 1ire image which one sees with starting) backdrop.mvi bootlogo_wait.mvi switchoff.mvi

the 3 last files contain the image which remains until the appearance of the channels... you now can go to usr/boot using DCC and replace the file bootlogo.mvi (safeguard it somewhere if you want to keep a trace of the old picture…) by the new image which you have just created: rename it bootlogo.mvi then send it with DCC which will ask you if you want to replace the file which already exists… yes. renew the operation with another image and TMPGenc which you rename and replace for: backdrop.mvi bootlogo_wait.mvi switchoff.mvi (the same image encoded for the 3 files) (save backdrop.mvi/bootlogo_ wait.mvi/switchoff.mvi if you want to keep a trace of the old image) after that just reboot the dreambox.
