Top your milkshake with whipped cream, cherries or sprinkles for an extra delicious treat.

How to Brush Your TeethGoal – Your goal is to create shiny, clean, sparkly teeth.Materials

• 1 toothbrush.• 1 tube of toothpaste.• 1 cup of water.Method

1. Wet your toothbrush by holding it under a running tap for 3 seconds.2. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the bristles of your toothbrush.3. Brush your teeth using small circular movements for 2 minutes.4. Gently move the brush along your gums to clean them too.5. Spit the toothpaste into the sink.6. Rinse your mouth out with the cup of water and rinse the sink with running water for 30 seconds.Safety

Be careful not to swallow any toothpaste.

How to Cook PorridgeGoal – Your goal is to create a healthy, nutritious breakfast.Ingredients• 1 cup of oats• 2 cups water or milk• Sugar, honey, or syrup.Method1. Pour the oats into the saucepan.2. Pour the milk or water and stir vigorously to remove all the lumps.3. Turn the stove up to high and heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring continuously.4. Once the porridge is nice and thick, pour it into the bowl.5. Top with sugar, honey, or syrup to taste. 6. Serve straight away so that your porridge is still warm.Safety

Make sure you stir the porridge continuously while it is on the stove to ensure that it does not stick to the pan and burn.

How to Make a Jack-O-LanternGoal – Your goal is to create a spooky Jack-O-Lantern for Halloween.Materials• Sharp knife.• Black marker.• 1 large pumpkin.• An ice cream scoop.Method1. Wash the pumpkin with warm water.2. Draw a spooky face on one side of the pumpkin using the black marker.3. Carefully cut the top off the pumpkin using the sharp knife.4. Scoop out the inside of the pumpkin using the ice cream scoop.5. Use the sharp knife to cut out the face of the pumpkin by following the lines that you drew earlier.6. Place your Jack-O-Lantern out on display for the neighbourhood to see.SafetyGet adult supervision when using a knife and be very careful not to cut yourself.

How to Plant a SunflowerGoal – Your goal is to plant and grow a beautiful sunflower.Materials• Sunflower seed.• Potting mix.• A watering can full of water.• A paddle pop stick.• A medium-sized pot with holes in the bottom.Method1. Find a spot in front of a window that gets lots of light.2. Pour the potting mix into the pot, filling it to about three-quarters full.3. Create a small hole about 3cm deep in the soil using the paddle pop stick.4. Place the sunflower seed into the hole and fill it back up with soil.5. Water the soil using the watering can until it feels damp to touch. Continue to do this every day.6. How to Make A Bird HabitatGoal - To make a habitat for animals in your backyard.Equipment

1. Place your birdbath gently in a shady, quiet area in your backyard.2. Pour the bucket of water into the birdbath until it is three-quarters full.3. Evenly scatter some birdseed on the ground around the birdbath.4. Watch your bird habitat from a distance so that you do not scare the birds away.Suggestion

Use an outdoor speaker to play soft bird sounds to attract more birds to your habitat.

How to Make SlimeGoal - To make messy, gooey slime to play with.Ingredients

• 1 cup of corn starch.• 3 drops of food dye.• Water.Method

1. Pour the cornstarch into the bowl.2. Add a small amount of water to the bowl, stirring continuously.3. Continue adding water until the slime becomes a gooey texture.4. Add the drops of food dye into the slime and continue to stir until the dye is evenly mixed in.5. Allow the slime to set for 10-15 minutes.6. Enjoy your slime!Suggestion

Wear gloves when making your slime to prevent getting food dye on your hands.
