HOW TO BOOK A

BOOTH

BEFORE YOU BOOK…

• NRIC scanned front and back as 1 single image* (Paste the 2 images onto MS Powerpoint slide and then right click to save the entire slide as an image)

• Up to 3 images* of the products you intend to sell

• Your credit card, or pay pal account

• Your internet banking security token (Images are to be jpg, tif or png, less than 5 MB)

Please get these things prepared

Visit our website www.tgifbazaars.com Click on “Our Bazaars”, select the bazaar where you would like to book a booth

Read about the bazaar, if you are interested to book a booth, please fill up the booking form.

Upload the images (up to 3) of your products, and of your NRIC (front and back) Click on „Continue my Booking‟ You will then see our shopping cart or product list

Choose the booths and add-ons accordingly and “Add to Bag”. (below image is for reference only as booth descriptions may change from time to time)

Please note that the preferred booth and selection chosen is only a request, and your request is subject to final confirmation by TGIF Bazaars

Check your selection to ensure you made the right request. If you want to increase the quantity, do adjust

accordingly. For single day booking, please input the appropriate

quantity accordingly. Read and then click on „I agree to Terms and Conditions‟, and then

„Checkout‟

If you want to start all over again, click on Clear Bag

If you are taking our 2+1 package, please amend

quantity of booths to 3 and enter the respective discount / coupon

code

If you click on the Paypal option right away, you will reach this screen. Click on „pay‟ to confirm your booking. Please note that payment will be processed Within 36 hours.

After you click „Check out‟, you will reach this page. Please note, phone order is subjected to $10.00 assisted handling fee per booking

If you choose Paypal Express , payment mode, payment will be processed within 36 hours.

If by wire transfer, please make IFAST bank transfer to us with your name within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Email proof of transaction to payment@tgifbazaars.com Remember to include the dates and bazaar venue that you have paid for. Otherwise your booking will be expire.
