How to Process Prepaid Order’s

For prepaid orders, please change the status to “Accepted” as soon as you wish to ship the product.

Once you change the status to “Accepted” Pick-up id generated. If it‟s not generated seller needs to call or drop an email to places@craftsvilla.com. Once the “Shipment ID” is generated the

logistics will pick up the product within 48 hrs from your shop.

Shipments where you have not changed the status for 5 days will be charged penalty of 5% and the same will be cancelled.

For both Prepaid and COD orders, whenever you receive the order return from the customer, inform us at places@craftsvilla.com.

Vendors can filter the prepaid orders for one specific month by

How to process prepaid order? (i)

Vendors can search the shipments by shipment ID option in filter shipments

Prepaid order page (ii) By clicking on plus sign you can view the product details of prepaid order.

Vendor have select any one of the option

accordingly.

Once seller accepts the order by changing the status to “Accepted” Tracking id is generated within 24

hrs.

Invoice/packing Slip

Print 3 copies of Invoice or Packing slip.

Pack the parcel and put one copy inside the packing bag, stick one on the bag and keep one for

acknowledgement.

How to Process Order?

Acceptence:

First seller accepts the order from the vendor panel for dispatching the product.

Regarding size, color and quantity placed by the customer.

Checking for the availability of the product in inventory.

Once confirmed the availability, vendor needs to change the status to "Accepted'' and accordingly reduce the inventory from a store.

How to Process Order?

Once the status change to "Accepted'' courier is assigned and tracking id is generated.

Packing slip printed:

1st packing slip to be inserted with the product act as a customer invoice.

2ndpacking slip to be stick to shipment once it is packed.

3rd packing slip for your reference signed by courier boy (as of no manifest is printed).

Process page (ii)

Pick-up id generated after 24 hrs from the date of order “Accepted” if it‟s not generated seller needs to call or drop an email to the seller support team with the shipment number tracking number and pickup address and an urgent pickup will be scheduled for you.

A seller can also call concern logistic for timely delivery.

Within 48 hrs vendor will receive a call or message from courier company stating the date and time of picking the orders once the pickup id is generated.

Handover to courier service

Once the shipments are picked-up by courier company vendor needs to change the status to „Handed to Courier‟ where customer also gets and intimation on the dispatch of the order for the delivery.

Click on add product, fill description, MRP , Offer , Image (per product up to 5-6 images ) It is live after 48-72 hours

Complete and correct description of the product is essential for the public interest.

Vendors can see the uploaded images of the product for editing or any change in the description page of the product.

Seller's can change the status to "product out of stock" if the product is not available or he can give alternative similar product option to a customer if requires.

For stitched garments, mention all the size specifications. Eg: (like chest, waist, length etc.)
