1- Ensuring the performance of all ships security duties

2- Controlling access to the ship

3- Controlling the embarkation of persons and their effects

4- Monitoring restricted areas ( authorise person only )

6- Supervising the handling of cargo and ship’s stores

7- Ensuring the security communication is readily available

8- Ship Security Plans Approval

Ensure that

Ship Security Plan

is in conformity with all

ISPS Code requirements

and the regulations of the

Contracting Government.

8.1 - Make obvious the 3 levels of the Ship Security Plan

8.2 - Disclose the activation of the Ship Security Alarm System

8.3 - Present the ship security plan for training, drills and exercises

8.4 - Obtain approval of the plan by relevant Contracting Government or Recognised Security Organisation
