stand alone Mindfulness lessons without the appropriate

training. Therefore, should it be delivered

as activities through our usual daily routines?

They don’t have to be expressed, it’s enough to feel and pay friendly attention to how you are feeling.Whilst all feelings are ok not all behaviour is. Whilst we can’t choose our feelings we can choose how to express them.Anger can occur when we • aren’t getting what we want. • are getting what we don’t want • are feeling hurt
