Most pupils enjoy PE – 92% say they enjoy it ‘a lot’ or ‘a little’.

79% enjoy doing sport in school clubs (extracurricular sport).

There are differences according to age: 65% of primary pupils enjoy doing sport in school clubs ‘a lot’, compared with 38% of secondary pupils.

A third of secondary school girls, and a quarter of secondary school boys don’t enjoy doing sport in school clubs ‘at all’.
