Transcript of How much do people know about deadly diseases?
A research by students from 1st EPAL Ierapetra's, Ierapetra Greece and Lycée André Maurois, Bischwiller, France
We wanted to find out how much people knew about the diseases we were working on and asked friends and relatives to answer our questionnaire. We got 141 answers and were happy to find out that most people knew about the diseases and they also knew how to protect themselves against them.
73 % believed that using insect repellents protect people from malaria. 23 % thought it would be enough to wash
their hands.
