how i make bulletproof coffee

i am a big fan of bulletproof coffee

but i dont have all the ingredients that

dave asprey recommends

So I have added my own ingredients

at a fraction of the cost

I have replaced the upgraded coffee

With a less expensive alternative

I don’t use the kerrygold unsalted

butter anymore

I use an alternative from woolworths

His upgraded mct oil was way to

expensive as well

So I search for an alternative

I use my juicer at home instead of a

blender

thats it. i normally drink about two

cups in a day. Since i drink it everyday

i think this is fine.

This is the most optimal and cost

effective way i’v found to make

bulletproof coffee in South Africa

Im not trying to save the world here

just trying to save on costs
