have to use the ingredients found in americanized chinese supermarkets.

• But in China, the chinese markets have more of the ingredients native to China. Like, leafy watercress, octopus and spices.

•The chicken in China is not fatty and meaty like American chickens.

• In China the chicken is free-range.

2. Markets/Grocery Stores• In China, the markets are mainly outdoors and sell live animals such as pigs, and chicken.• There are big tanks with live fish, clams, and crocodiles in China.

• In America most of the grocery stores and markets are indoors and don’t sell many live animals.

are usually in big groups so the portions are bigger for those occasions. Same with America. But unlike China, American’s also go out to eat in small groups too; 2-3 people.

• Coffee is very dark and strong because they don’t have coffee makers in China.
