The cut panel will hang on the machine, and the sewed panel will transfer to next position with less stock automatically in order to balance all sewers’ productivity.

production schedule control.
The advantages of automatic hanging line
Improved the working environment - The workshop is cleaner and it is easy for the management to check
the production line by visual.
Balance the sewers’ productivity- The hanging system is automatic transfer the panel sets to the less
stock position. It can balance the productivity on same procedure but different position.
Visual production procedure- The system trace every single piece panel to finished garment, and
collect all the data to graphic. It will help the management to better schedule the production.
