I tried to make sure that every element of my magazine tried to attract and address my audience.

My audience is girls ages between 11-15 years old.

When I did my magazine genre research, I asked my target audience what colours would best suit the Pop genre.

Due to the results I go, I have used hot pink, bright yellow and blue as my house colours because these best represent my audience.

Colour scheme

I used a variety of fonts that would attract my audience.

These were typically ‘girly’ fonts that had hearts dotting the i’s and were ‘swirly’

I tried to use brightly lit photos in my magazine to make them seem more natural.

I used a variety of colloquial phrases and words to try to address my audience.

My audience is less mature than an older audience so I used words and phrases they would understand.
