100 Emami sponsored camp. As

23 years, started sponsoring
SAAOL camp from the year 2005
December. Previous to that we
used to hold camps for 20-30
patients in five star hotels
charging them Rs. 20,000 for
training in lifestyle for heart
disease reversal. Following
December 2005 the camp cost
was drastically reduced as Emami
sponsored all our camps. Now,
these camps are charged only Rs.
1500 including food, kit for both
the participants. To comemorate this event Saaol
organised a mega event which
included a Heart care Exhibition,
m o r e p u b l i c t a l k s , p r e s s
c o n f e r e n c e a n d a g r a n d
inauguration. More than 100
colourful posters were prepared,
displayed and explained by the
students of the Emami affiliated
schools. Free health check up
camp and advice was also
organised on this occasion. On the
same day Dr. Chhajer delivered
two talks - one for Lions club and

Eating moderately(avoiding over eating), avoiding fatty food and high intake of cereals are some of the things we can do to avoid obesity. Eating a lot of fruits, v e g e t a b l e s , s a l a d s a n d walking/physical activity also contributes to slim and trim body. 14. Sleep well: Sleeping 7-8 hours on regular basis is very common in people who live longer. Sleep deprivation is bad for any person. 15. Laugh, Dance and play games: These are only possible when you are free and happy. In our free time recreation would lead to further happiness and longevity.1 6 . N o R a t r a c e , N o b i g ambition: Once you decide to live longer your nature should be contentment. Give up your big ambitions making huge money and habit of competition. This will save you from further stress and lead to a peaceful long life. 17. Develop some hobbies: Collecting stamps, listening to music, watching good movies, watching games also help us to keep our life stress free and keep ourselves away from isolation, depression which is very common in aged population.18. Practise Yoga/Meditation: Yoga does not need any tools, space or equipment. It keeps our body flexible and calms our mind.

National Geography research showed that people living in these above places live healthy, longer, eat healthy food, stress less and are physically active. They named these areas and “Blue Zones” The secret was that they were not suffering from Chronic diseases of modern world, they we laughing and dancing, they were going up and down in the mountains, they were staying in less or no pollution zones and they were eating healthy food. Their food was full of Vegetables and they had been mentally and socially very active. The scientists studying them say t h a t t h e i r P h y s i c a l a n d Psychological changes of aging has almost stopped at a certain point. Even at the age of 100 there eyesight were alight and the teeth were real. Most of them were slim

Keep a Purpose in Life: Having a good, ideal purpose in life helps people live longer. Creating a good garden, helping people on everyday basis, educating poor children, Painting, doing community service without expecting personal returns - are somethings that keep us involved positively.Use your free time to serve people. This helps keep us busy and healthy mentally.8. Community Contact: Most people who live longer have a good touch with neighbours and other people in the community.They love to meet known people, gossip with them during these community meets. My name is Brij Mohan Goyal and my
age is 67 years. I come from NarNaul,
District Mahendra Garh, Haryana. In
March,2018, I went for a general check
up and they advised me to undergo
Angiography. So, we went and got the
Angiography done from Narayana Heart
Hospital in Jaipur.
The Angiography showed 80-90%
blockage in my LAD, RCA and Ramus
and 70-80% in LCx. The hospital
cardiologists immediately adviced me to
go for Bypass Surgery. But we were
reluctant for such a surgery and wanted to
wait. We had an experience of failure of
this surgery in the family in the past. So,
we went home back again.
Then one of my relatives showed me the
video of Dr. Bimal Chhajer on You Tube
and we were very impressed. So, we went
to consult him at his head office in
Chattarpur, Delhi. We were satisfied and
saw the treatment of BCA(Bio Chemical
Angioplasty) and Natural Bypass (ECP).
But we wanted to go for another CT
Angiography just to confirm the
blockages of wire Angiography of Jaipur.
So, we took a prescription from SAAOL
and got another CT Angiography done -
but that too also showed same blockages.
I attended Dr. Chhajer's Camp and
started ECP and BCA treatment in April
and completed it in May,2018 in Delhi,
Chattarpur Center.
I did not have any problems there after,
but I wanted to see the results of the
treatment. I followed Saaol's diet and
lifestyle to the highest extent. In
November, 2018 we dec ided to
undertake another CT Angiography and
this showed a tremendous improvement
and all my blockages went down by 30 to
40% and were now down to 50-60%.
I am completely satisfied with SAAOL
treatment and would like to thank Dr.
Chhajer for helping me out of this severe
disease. My son also recorded our
satisfaction on Video also.

In India the average age of a person is 68 years. But we often see people living in 80s and 90s.
