options for you to add contacts: Add Individual Contacts, Upload an Excel Spreadsheet (CSV, XLS or XLSX) or

Create custom school notifications from within your DialMyCalls account with ease. Our system has four different
options for you to create a recording to broadcast: Record Using A Phone (Most Popular Method), Upload A
Recording (WAV or MP3), TextToSpeech Tool, or our PhoneIn System customers can have as many recordings in
their account as needed.
Step 2 Create A Message To Be Sent
Your account gives you access to DialMyCalls' school notification system. There are three options available when
creating a new broadcast: Create Call Broadcast, Create Text Broadcast or Create A Free Call Broadcast. Credits or a
monthly plan are required to create a premium call broadcast or text message broadcast 1 credit = 1 call to 1 number
with a 30 second message OR 1 text message (157 Characters) to 1 number.
Step 3 Schedule Your Broadcast
Upon completion of an automated school alert via voice broadcast or text message broadcast, you will be able to view
a detailed report that will display the status of every message sent. Quickly reference the pie chart to see how many of
your messages were successful and those that were unsuccessful. Customers have the ability to create a
downloadable CSV file of each report to keep for their records.
