1. Install app from "CleanMyMac3.dmg", start once. No strict need to block internet connections, and you will need it to update the app database. Quit.

2. Right mouse click on the app, Show Package Contents. Go to Contents > MacOS folder. Replace the "CleanMyMac 3" binary with the unzipped file from "CleanMyMac3 [k].zip".

3. Go to the Contents > Library > LaunchServices folder. Replace the "com.macpaw.CleanMyMac3.Agent" binary with the unzipped file from "com.macpaw.CleanMyMac3.Agent [k].zip".

4. Still in the Contents folder, replace "Info.plist" with the unzipped file from "Info.plist [k].zip".

5. Positive control: start app, click on "Deauthenticate" in the Action menu ofthe main menu. If you then click "Authenticate" back in the same menu, this should work with a single authentication request.

Do not update.
