We will blend transformational coaching concepts with micro-practice that is designed to support coaches at different stages of their journey.
This advanced coaching workshop best serves coaches with over 500 logged hoursand a solid familiarity with the ICF Core Competencies through previous ACSTH orACTP training. The leveled approach offers achievable stretch at the ACC, PCC andMCC abilities.
We explore the shifts needed in both mindset and skill to move coaching fromsuccessful transaction to life-changing transformation. You will leave the workshopwith the vision, motivation and understanding needed to achieve your next level ofmastery.
Teresa Pool, MCC, CEO of Transitions for Business in Dallas, is the ACTP Director of Training for the Executive Coaching Program at The University of Texas at Dallas and has been teaching, mentoring, and assessing there since 2005. She has over 5000 hours of coaching experience with clients ranging from non-profits to nuclear plants. Teresa has a passion for continuing education, training advanced ICF core competencies at ICF conferences, chapter meetings, and corporations. She is also an active mentor for those seekingtheir MCC credential. Bias plays a crucial role is coaching, one worth acknowledging and exploring. It is the often-unconscious presence in each coaching session andcompetency. This program will be a journey into the intersection of coachand client bias and how much we can learn there. We will discover theamazing breadth of biases at play and how these can influence and informour coaching approach. Coaching mastery is dependent on our ability to beaware of biases on both sides of the coaching relationship and embracethem as a positive and practical force for good!
This 1-hour program on the first evening (Feb. 3rd) of the two-day workshop(at the same location) complements the workshop learning.
