Membership Opportunities

Benefits of Membership• All Memberships are Family Memberships.• Guests are welcomed when accompanied by a Member.• An active Board of Directors will shape the Club to the needs of its Members. Club Committees can make recommendations to the Board to help tailor

the Club to fit the Members’ needs.• The Club will have a full social calendar of year-round social events and parties.• Gourmet dining will be enjoyed in the exquisite Main Dining Room, the casual Mixed Grill, the elegant Lounge, Private Dining Room, Wine Cellar and the

richly appointed Board Room of the Main Clubhouse.• Members enjoy charging privileges for all services at the Club.• Valet parking is available.• All tee times are available to both gentlemen and ladies equally, except for occasional days designated for Gentlemen’s or Ladies’ Association events.• Regular Gentlemen’s and Ladies’ club tournaments and Members’ tournament events are hosted by the Club.

Additional Rights of MembershipFamily Privileges

Each Membership in the Club is a Family Membership, which provides full privileges for immediate family members. Immediate family members will include a Member’s spouse and unmarried children of either spouse under the age of 23 living at home, attending school full-time or serving in the military.

Club Members are also entitled to invite extended family members to enjoy the Club facilities at reduced guest fees. Extended family members will include a Member’s children who are 23 or older, parents and grandchildren. These individuals may use the Club in the company of the Member.

Use of Club Facilities by a Member’s GuestGuests of Members are welcome when accompanied by the Member. The Club may limit the number of guests, the times when guests may use the facilities and the number of times a particular guest may use the Club facilities during each year. The Member will be responsible for the payment of all applicable daily guest fees established by the Club, as well as the actions and conduct of their guests.

Unaccompanied Guest PlayUntil such time as 500 Golf Memberships have been issued, limited unaccompanied guest play will be allowed for potential Country Club Members and homebuyers only. The Club may host up to two golf tournaments per yearfor the benefit of local charities.

Equity MembershipRoyal Oaks Country Club is a Member-owned Equity Club. Equity Members have full control over the operation of the Club. All memberships for sale at Royal Oaks Country Club are equity memberships. Equity Members have the right to vote on designated issues, elect the Member Representatives to serve on the Club’s Board of Directors and serve on Committees. In addition, all new Members of the Club will be subject to approval by a Membership Committee comprised of Equity Members and required to abide by Club Bylaws.

A Member-owned Club assumes the characteristics of its membership. The club experience and lifestyle are enhanced by the heightened interest, participation and pride of Member-owners and the greater continuity of membership which typically exists in a Member-owned club. Equity Memberships will not be recallable regardless of whether or not the member resides in the Royal Oaks Country Club community.

Royal Oaks Country Club AmenitiesExclusivity and PrivacyRoyal Oaks Country Club is nestled peacefully behind stately masonry walls and a 24-hour manned gatehouse. This will ensure around-the-clock privacy for the Royal Oaks Country Club community. Visitors and appropriately registered guests will be granted access through the main gatehouse.
