Vision:

• All residents will have access to affordable housing options by 2020.

• Housing will be energy efficient, provide a healthy living environment, reduce waste through recycling and preservation, and all new construction will minimize impacts on our resources and environment

Four Goals for 2020:

• All residents will have access to affordable housing options.

• All existing homes in Corvallis will be preserved, adaptively reused, or recycled

• All housing will be energy efficient and provide a healthy living environment

• Chronic homelessness will be reduced by 75%

ABUNDANT CHOICES HOME TOUR & EXPOSITION

• Self-guided tour on May 21 from 1-5 pm• 7 homes• 150-200 people• Key objective:

Education about housing options and solutions with a focus on affordability

• Downtown Neighborhood Survey for Land Use Action team

• Presented research paper about the impact of affordable housing on economic development to the Economic Development Commission

• Support for the work of the Infill Task Force and their recommendations by partner organizations
